  • Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed.
  • By appointment only.
  • No walk-ins. We value one-on-one attention and care.

Cancellation Policy

At Paula Fortuna Beauty & Wellness, your time is important to us — and so is the time of every client. To help us provide the best care and keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that you review our policy below:

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the schedule service.

Missing your appointment without notice will also result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
